To make sure you receive your items as fast as possible, we start processing your order as soon as we receive it. This means that once your order has been placed, you will be unable to cancel it.

We're sorry to hear that you've received an incorrect item. Please send us an email to fashionassassinsplustique@gmail.com with your order ID, the full name/title of the item you were supposed to receive, send us a camera phone picture of item received and any further details of the problem within 5 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve this.
Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed.
When returning any item, Fashion Assassins Plustique will provide a store credit. Store credits never expire. Be careful and always save your email contain our store credit number. We will not replace store credit if it's misplaced or lost.
Entering a complete and accurate address is crucial to prompt delivery. Incomplete or incorrect addresses may cause days or weeks of delay or for your package to be delivered to the incorrect household. If an item is returned to Fashion Assassins Plustique due to an incomplete or incorrect shipping address, the Customer will be responsible for re-shipping cost. However, if a package is delivered incorrectly because of an incomplete or incorrect shipping address, the order is seen as delivered because it is delivered to the exact address provided to us during checkout, and it is not returned to us. It is prudent to enter your address precise and complete.
We do not accept exchanges at this time, you can return an applicable item and repurchase a different size or item using a store credit. Since we are unable to do exchanges, please note that we do not hold items for returns or for store credit usage.
